Warranty & returns

1. Scope

This policy governs the conditions applicable to the products and services offered by Agritechnium LTD through www.agritechnium.com, including supplies linked to specific projects, technical developments and professional services.

This activity does not constitute a general e-commerce platform, but a supply of products associated with the client’s specific projects and needs.

3. Nature of the operations

The products and services offered may include:

• Supply of equipment or materials linked to projects.
• Customised technical solutions.
• Professional or consulting services.

Conditions may vary depending on the nature of the project and the specific agreement with the client.

4. Taxes (VAT)

Where the supply takes place within Cyprus, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied in accordance with the Cypriot tax legislation in force.

In intra-Community operations within the European Union, the reverse charge may apply where the client holds a valid VAT number.

In operations outside the European Union, VAT-free export conditions may apply, in accordance with the applicable tax regulations.

5. International shipping and importation

Products may be shipped internationally. For shipments outside Cyprus and/or outside the European Union, the client acknowledges and accepts that:

• They will act as the importer of the product in their country of destination.
• They will be responsible for compliance with local customs regulations.
• They will bear any applicable tariffs, import taxes and fees.
• Agritechnium LTD will not be liable for delays arising from customs procedures.

6. Right of withdrawal (where applicable)

Where the client is a consumer within the European Union, they may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, subject to legal exceptions. This right will not apply in the following cases:

• Products customised or manufactured to the client’s specifications.
• Goods clearly linked to specific projects already initiated.
• Digital content or services already performed with prior consent.

7. Returns

Returns must be requested in writing to info@agritechnium.com, stating:

• Client details.
• Order number or project reference.
• Reason for the request.

Products must be returned in suitable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be subject to a case-by-case assessment based on the condition of the product, its customisation and the degree of completion of the project.

Where applicable, the refund will be made using the same payment method used.

9. Legal warranty

The products supplied carry the applicable legal warranty in accordance with the regulations in force in the European Union and, where applicable, the regulations of the destination country in exports. The warranty does not cover:

• Improper or incorrect use.
• Unauthorised handling.
• Normal wear and tear of the product.
• Incorrect installation by unauthorised third parties.

10. Services

Services are provided under specific conditions agreed with each client.

No refund will be due once the service has started or been performed, unless expressly agreed between the parties.

11. Changes

Agritechnium LTD reserves the right to amend this policy to adapt it to legal, tax or operational changes, publishing the updated version on the website.
